The Moses Cabin camping Trip
The car ride to Moses was very eventful both ways. In the car we had walkie-talkies and the car ride was spent singing songs and screaming memes into the walkie-talkies to other cars. When we arrived to the cabin it was dark, cold, and wet. We unpacked and took our places on our bunks. The cabin was very cozy and we played the best game, EXPLODING KITTENS. Exploding kittens is a very entertaining board game. The days were spent very productive, exploring around on hikes, sliding on the ice, and making advancements. The most memorable advancement was Alex making a fire, he then was gifted a beautiful carved walking stick from Mr. Kempner. During that night we made warm brownies when it got cold and ate it outside right from the Dutch oven, which is my most favorite moment of the trip. The brownies were so warm and delicious especially outside. The next morning we loaded the cabin with wood and adventure on the frozen lake, whether it was ice skating, sliding with your feet, or attempting to make a snow angel on the ice (it did not work). We then all raced from the ice to the Cabin for our traditional closing circle all talking about our favorite memory from the trip. The car ride back was great for some and not. The walkie-talkies where very fun but Brads amazing projectile stomach made the ride interesting for Matt. There you have 2017s troop 193s Moses Cabin camping trip.
